MGL Avionics Infinity AV-1 ARS system
The AV-1 Attitude Reference System provides Horizon, balance ball and Turn and slip (no compass).
System consists of:
SP-4 AHRS (Attitude and Heading reference system)
The SP-4 contains 3 MEMS gyros and 3 MEMS vibrating body accelerometers. Using a 16 bit data aquisition subsystem a powerful ARM7 32 bit processor is used to provide stabilized attitude information. Togther with a SP-2 magnetometer on the same airtalk communications link the gyro heading can be automatically slaved to the magnetic heading
